Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: May 12, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Climba mobile application and related services (“Climba”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or using Climba, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

Climba has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, upload, share, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise objectionable. You may not bully, stalk, impersonate, spam, or otherwise abuse other users.

We may remove objectionable content, suspend or terminate accounts, and block users who violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

2. User-generated content

Climba allows user-generated content, including but not limited to display names, profile information, route feedback, ratings, comments, and other activity visible to other users. You are solely responsible for content you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it complies with these Terms.

You grant Climba a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your user-generated content solely to operate and improve the service.

3. Content filtering

Climba uses reasonable measures to reduce objectionable content, including:

  • automated filtering of display names and text fields against prohibited words and patterns;
  • restrictions on certain types of submissions that do not meet community standards;
  • review of user reports and moderation of content that violates these Terms.

No filtering system is perfect. You should not rely solely on automated filters. Report content that you believe violates these Terms.

4. Reporting objectionable content and users

Climba provides an in-app mechanism to report objectionable content or abusive users. You can report another user or content from their profile or from the relevant screen in the app (for example, via “Report” / “Пожаловаться”) and select a reason such as spam, offensive content, harassment, or other violations.

Reports are delivered to Climba for review. You may also contact us at support@climba.ru.

5. Blocking abusive users

You may block another user in the app (for example, via “Block user” / «Заблокировать пользователя» on their profile). When you block a user:

  • that user is removed from your feed, leaderboards, search results, and friend lists immediately;
  • you will no longer see their profile or user-generated content in your experience;
  • Climba is notified of the block and associated context so we can review potential abuse.

Blocking does not replace reporting. We encourage you to report serious violations.

6. Moderation and response within 24 hours

Climba reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior. We aim to act on valid reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and, when appropriate, suspending or permanently removing the account of the user who posted it.

We may take action sooner or later depending on severity, volume of reports, and legal requirements. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Account requirements and acceptance

Before registering or signing in, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to use the service under applicable law. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors’ use of Climba where required by law.

8. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Climba for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its content except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Climba at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms other users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

Climba is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Climbing and training involve risk. You are responsible for your safety and for decisions you make based on app information.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Climba after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
